Besluit van de Minister van Economische Zaken van 2 maart 2004, nr. WJZ 4013860, tot vaststelling van de tabel ter bepaling van de kooldioxide-index van WKK-installaties met als krachtbron uitsluitend een of meerdere gasmotoren ten behoeve van het kalenderjaar 2004

Gelet op artikel 6a, eerste lid, van de Regeling certificaten warmtekrachtkoppeling Elektriciteitswet 1998 en artikel III, vierde lid, van de Regeling kooldioxide-index warmtekrachtkoppeling Elektriciteitswet 1998;
Besluit:
Als tabel met de waarden ter bepaling van de kooldioxide-index ten aanzien van een WKK-installatie met als krachtbron uitsluitend een of meerdere gasmotoren ten behoeve van het kalenderjaar 2004 wordt vastgesteld de bij dit besluit behorende bijlage.
Dit besluit zal met de toelichting in de Staatscourant worden geplaatst.
De als bijlage bij dit besluit gevoegde tabel van kooldioxide-indices voor installaties voor warmtekrachtkoppeling (hierna: WKK-installaties) met als krachtbron uitsluitend een of meerdere gasmotoren, dient ter uitvoering van artikel 6a, eerste lid, van de Regeling certificaten warmtekrachtkoppeling Elektriciteitswet 1998 (hierna: WKK-regeling), zoals deze na 1 juli 2004 zal gelden (zie de Regeling kooldioxide-index warmtekrachtkoppeling Elektriciteitswet 1998, met name artikel III, vierde lid). De in de tabel opgenomen kooldioxide-indices zijn berekend aan de hand van gestandariseerde uitgangspunten en op basis van de energie-prestaties zoals deze door de fabrikanten van de installaties zijn gegarandeerd. De berekeningen zijn uitgevoerd voor levering van warm water door de warmtekrachtkoppelingsinstallatie op een temperatuurniveau van meer dan 70 °C. Het thermisch rendement van een individuele installatie kan hoger zijn bij levering van water op een lager temperatuurniveau. Bij de berekening van de kooldioxide-index zal in deze situatie echter een hogere referentie gelden, zodat het effect van dit hogere rendement wegvalt. Om onderscheid te maken tussen gasmotoren met dezelfde systeemnaam wordt daar waar nodig tussen haakjes de interkoeler koelwatertemperatuur (leverancier ABB) of de gemiddelde effectieve druk (leverancier Jenbacher) vermeld.
