D. PARLEMENT
Bij brieven van 11 januari 1994 (Kamerstukken II 1993/1994, 23 592 (R 1495), nr. 1) is de Overeenkomst, met Bijlagen, in overeenstemming met artikel 91, juncto additioneel artikel XXI, eerste lid, onderdeel a, van de Grondwet op de voet van artikel 61, derde lid, van de Grondwet naar de tekst van 1972 en in overeensteming met artikel 24 van het Statuut voor het Koninkrijk overgelegd aan de Eerste en de Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal en de Staten van de Nederlandse Antillen.
De toelichtende nota die de brieven vergezelde, is ondertekend door de Staatssecretaris van Financiën M. J. J. VAN AMELSVOORT en de Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken P. H. KOOIJMANS.
De goedkeuring door de Staten-Generaal is verleend op 21 februari 1994.

– the customs transit of goods.
On the basis of Article 18 paragraph 1 of Annex A of the Convention the ATA carnet shall not be accepted by sending goods by post.

(f) a complete facility (excluding those that may be provided by the public institutions);
(g) office equipment (computer, photocopy machine, multi-functional cable phone, fax machine etc.);
(h) land vehicles (excluding those used for specific purposes);
(i) accessories;
(j) households and other such goods, that may have non contribution to the national industry and economy but concerning only personal use;
(k) all textiles and ready-made clothes;
(l) sea vehicles (excluding those imported for research purposes).
