In overeenstemming met artikel 15, derde lid, van de Overeenkomst heeft de Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties de door de Werkgroep voor Gecombineerd Vervoer van de Economische Commissie voor Europa van de Verenigde Naties de op 8 maart 2005 aangenomen wijzigingen van de Bijlagen I en II bij de Overeenkomst op 19 augustus 2005 ter kennis gebracht van alle Overeenkomstsluitende Partijen. De Engelse en de Franse tekst van de wijzigingen luiden als volgt:1.

1En 2004, l’appellation du Groupe de travail a été modifié et ne sera plus «Groupe de travail du transport combiné» mais «Groupe de travail du transport intermodal et de la logistique» (ECE/TRANS/156, paragraphe 94). Des propositions d’amendement aux articles 14 (2), 15 (2) et 16 (2) de l’Accord AGTC, reflétant cette modification, seront établies aussi tôt que possible.
