The following notice is hereby given by the liquidator and in respect of the limited liability company

DHL BONAIRE N.V.

duly established under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles and validly existing under the laws of Bonaire, having its statutory seat in Bonaire, registered with the Trade Register in Bonaire, under number 3718(0).

(the “Company”)

In accordance with article 27 of Book 2 Code Civil of Bonaire the Company will be dissolved as of 23 March 2016.
