Bezwaar

Tenzij anders is vermeld, kan degene wiens belang rechtstreeks bij de (het) hierboven vermelde besluit(en) is betrokken, gelet op artikel 119, eerste lid, Wet gewasbeschermingsmiddelen en biociden en artikel 7:1, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, binnen zes weken na de dag waarop dit besluit bekend is gemaakt, een bezwaarschrift indienen bij: het College voor de toelating van gewasbeschermings-middelen en biociden (Ctgb), Postbus 217, 6700 AE WAGENINGEN. Het Ctgb heeft niet de mogelijkheid van het elektronisch indienen van een bezwaarschrift opengesteld.

De besluiten liggen voor een ieder tijdens de bezwaartermijn ter inzage tijdens kantooruren op de volgende plaats:
