Toegelaten speelautomaten

Krachtens artikel 30.m van de Wet op de kansspelen (WOK) moeten alle speelautomaten op de Nederlandse markt behoren tot een toegelaten model. De Minister van Justitie geeft hiertoe een ’verklaring van toelating’ (VVT) af. Hiervan moet melding gemaakt worden in de Staatscourant.

Tussen 1 april 2006 en 30 juni 2006 zijn de volgende modellen speelautomaten voorzien van een verklaring van toelating:

Deze voorschriften hebben meestal betrekking op de plaatsing van de merktekens of de instelling van de speelautomaten.
