Toegelaten speelautomaten

Krachtens artikel 30.m van de Wet op de kansspelen (WOK) moeten alle speelautomaten op de Nederlandse markt behoren tot een toegelaten model. De Minister van Justitie geeft hiertoe een ’Verklaring van Toelating’ (VVT) af. Hiervan moet melding gemaakt worden in de Staatscourant.

Tussen 1 april 2007 en 30 juni 2007 is een verklaring van toelating verleend met betrekking tot de volgende modellen:

De speelautomaten waarvan het nummer met een asterisk is gemarkeerd, zijn voorzien van aanvullende voorschriften krachtens artikel 30.q WOK. Deze voorschriften hebben meestal betrekking op de plaatsing van de merktekens of de instelling van de speelautomaten.
